The government draft of so called III Deregulation Act has already had its first reading in the Parliament. The new provisions, although it is not yet certain, should enter into force at the beginning of 2013. The act prepared by the Ministry of Economy is intended to relieve businesses and some bureaucracy in Poland. The new rules are expected to improve the financial liquidity of companies through changes in the Polish VAT regulations, reduce payment backlogs and improve payment discipline among traders.
